Hi Kira glad you like the libraries. I would be pretty lost without them. I have them all loaded, but only really use the 3DML Tags one and occasionally the Block Definitions one. The Roverscript Objects has the different script objects like spot.title, block.location, and map.get_block. The Roverscript statements has things like the "if (condition) {do this}". They would be pretty usefull for writing scripts, though I keep forgeting about them and end up writting them all by hand.
to get the highlights you will need to move over the 3dml syn and the 3dml_registry.reg. Then you will need to double click the 3dml registry reg, which should install the registry key and allow the highlighting. but I think it only highlights the text once you save the files as a .3dml.
I hadn't realized there were two Block Definition files, or at least I forgot. the one that is called "3DML Block Definitions" is the one I did and has the block definitions set like the create tags. The other One called "3DML block definition" is an older one by Lemming. It has the different block tags broken down to single line items. I probably left if in there so you could use it to add block tags individually.
you would probably need a html syn file. I looked and was surprised that there wasn't one already in there, but it seems to do it automatically for html. it must be built in. I treid to set 3dml in the document classes options, but was never able to get it to highlight. not sure why. I never tried to add .3dml so it would should in the save and save as options. that's a good idea.
in the File Name Filter menu hit new and add "3dml (*.3dml) to description and "*.3dml" to Wild cards. it will then show as an option in the save as field. and don;t add .3dml to the associated files. if you do your spot will open in Textpad and not Rover. _________________ Spots, blocks, scripts and tutorials
